Finished in Platinum Grey with a Black interior, this one has 100,703 km and gives you a nice step up in equipment over the base Taos. Under the hood is Volkswagens 1.5L turbocharged TSI engine, making 158 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic and 4MOTION all-wheel drive. Its easy on fuel for running around Orillia, while 4MOTION is nice to have when Highway 11 gets covered in snow or youre heading down a cottage road in February. The Comfortline is a nice sweet spot in the Taos lineup. You get leatherette seating, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, power drivers seat, dual-zone climate control, remote start, keyless access with push-button start, Volkswagen Digital Cockpit, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. Theres also a good list of driver-assistance equipment, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Traffic Alert, and a backup camera. Theyre the kind of features youll appreciate whether youre commuting down Highway 11 or navigating a busy parking lot. One of the best things about the Taos is how much room Volkswagen managed to fit into a smaller SUV. Theres good space for passengers and plenty of cargo room for hockey bags, groceries, golf clubs, or everything you need for a weekend up north. With the 1.5L turbo, 4MOTION AWD, Comfortline equipment, and practical size, this Taos is a really nice all-around Ontario SUV. Its small enough to be easy to live with every day but still gives you the space and winter capability that make an SUV worthwhile.
