Super friendly service department, great sales team, relaxed sales process. Great no pressure dealership. And the most important thing, they GIVE ACTIVELY BACK AND DONATE TO THE COMMUNITY. WHICH IS WONDERFUL TO SEE IN A BUSINESS. I would give 10 stars for that. And definitely buy my next car there.
Had a wonderful experience with Tyler at this location. He was very honest, friendly, and everything you want in a good salesman. I went in looking to trade in my car, for something. And then he directed me to something even better. He was amazing through the entire process, and Matt helped with all the behind the scenes. From sales to service and parts... Orillia VW has impressed me with the way they do business. Their staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You don't feel any pressure or typical "dealership vibes" here, it's a fun place where they care about their clients and products. I have already referred my family and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there.
We moved over from Ireland and had heard from a friend that VW Orillia was a great and reputable dealership. We were able to seal the deal with Kalyvn before landing in Toronto. He was so helpful, responsive and honest. He made sure we picked up our Passat in great condition. It was clean and drives beautifully.
