I recently purchased my brand new 2025 Volkswagen Atlas, and I have to say that Taylor made the entire experience absolutely incredible.

From the very moment I got in contact about purchasing a new 2026 Tiguan from them, they we're courteous, helpful, sincere and helped me along the way when it came to my trade in and overall understanding of the new Tiguan.
Wanted to first give a big shout out to Tyler Maroudas. An absolute delight working with Tyler, he made SURE to go over anything I needed with the vehicle and worked his upmost hardest in ensuring that I got the best deal I could get. Tyler is an incredibly wholesome guy who wants to know that you're taken care of while working with him and I cannot thank him enough for helping me out and just being a great human being that I can grab a drink with.
Also wanted to hugely thank Madison Dusome on the financial side of things. Madison was amazing to work with. She ensured that I was aware of everything/anything on the vehicle itself, any of it's warranties and anything that I needed to know about the vehicle in regards to servicing, maintenance and so on. Absolutely wonderful working with Madison and highly regard her in every way when working out the finance for a next vehicle.
Overall, I am just EXTREMELY pleased with my experience at the dealership here. I was never pushed on anything. Everyone was wonderful to work with and talk to. They made the process seamless and easy to manage...I have been in "luxury" based dealerships and have not gotten to even close the same level of customer experience that I've gotten with these guys.
Just a big thank you from myself and my father as well for helping me out in ensuring I got what I wanted and the vehicle came in a quick and timely manner.

I had a great experience with my parents to buy their second car from Orillia VW. I have bought a car from them and it is my parents second vehicle from them, and nothing but great experiences. Kalvyn was amazing, absolutely professional and still very personable. He showed great patience and care about us as people and not just as customers. Amazing salesman! 10/10 would recommend.
