What Sets Us Apart?

Orillia Volkswagen is part of Plaza Auto Group, a family owned automotive group with roots dating back to 1956. That means you’re dealing with a local Orillia team backed by decades of automotive experience, established relationships, and a focus on making the buying process comfortable from the first conversation to the day you drive away.

Lifetime Engine Protection
Every pre-owned vehicle includes Lifetime Engine Protection at no additional cost, giving you added confidence well beyond the day you take delivery. The program provides up to $10,000 in total covered benefits and covers many major internal engine components, including the cylinder block, cylinder heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, timing components, water pump, oil pump, intake manifold, engine mounts, and related seals and gaskets. For drivers in Orillia and throughout Simcoe County, it adds meaningful long term protection to your ownership experience. Certain conditions apply. See dealer for details.

Financing

Buying your next vehicle should feel exciting, not stressful. Our dedicated finance team will work hard to help get you approved and find an option that fits your situation. We work with TD, Scotia Dealer Advantage (SDA), Scotiabank, CIBC, RBC, and General Bank, allowing us to shop multiple lenders instead of relying on just one. Whether your credit is strong, you’re rebuilding, or you’ve faced challenges in the past, our goal is to make auto financing in Orillia and Simcoe County as straightforward as possible.

Safety & Road Ready
When it’s time to take your vehicle home, we want you to feel confident turning the key. Every used vehicle we sell comes with a valid Ontario Safety Standards Certificate at no extra charge and will meet the applicable Ministry of Transportation minimum safety requirements at the time of inspection. Important areas including the brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lighting, electrical systems and more are inspected before delivery.

Purchase Confidence
As an OMVIC registered dealership, we’re committed to a professional and transparent buying experience. In the spirit of full transparency, a CARFAX Vehicle History Report is available on every vehicle page on our website, giving you the opportunity to review the vehicle’s history before you even visit.
