This was my first time ever visiting a VW dealership for anything. I brought in my 1988 Cabriolet in for a safety. John Bell was able to book an appointment for the next day. Although it did not pass this time (as expected) John Bell was very helpful and was able to provide a complete list of the parts I need. He also was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will be bringing it back here for a full service/repairs and safety once I have acquired all the parts I need.
