Our sales department is open. Appointments are not required, however if choose to schedule an appointment with sales, we can have the vehicle you selected sanitized prior to your arrival. Appointments can be made by emailing email@example.com or calling 705-325-6107.
Our service department is open to customers who have booked a service appointment in advance and answer a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. Service appointments can be made online or by calling 705-325-6107.
Parts can be purchased by calling 705-325-6107 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange parking lot or “curbside” pick up with you. Parts purchases or pickups in store cannot be made at this time.
Our customer and staff safety is important to us, as such we have implemented several measures including:
- limited contact service
- physical distancing
- limited customers in the store at given time
- shortened business hours
- COVID-19 health questionnaire completed by customers and staff
- regular cleaning of common areas
- sanitizing of vehicles going into and out of the shop
- sanitizing of vehicles before and after test drives
- we kindly ask that your vehicle touch points must be clean prior to your arrival, as we cannot sanitize soiled surfaces
